Our team spans the globe, and while we love connecting virtually every 4-6 weeks, our regional crews also get together every 6-8 weeks for some real-life collaboration and social vibes. ## Night owl or early bird? You decide. We trust you to work in a way that fits your style and team needs. All we ask is for 3 hours of overlap with your core team each day. ## Our salary and progression structure is transparent. We benchmark salaries every year, and our bi-annual reviews ensure you are always on track. ## We care about your mental health as much as your performance. Enjoy unlimited access to therapy and counseling services whenever you need them. ## However your family grows, we are here for you. Enjoy 16 weeks of full pay as the primary caregiver or 4 weeks as the secondary. Our parental leave is designed with you in mind. ## 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the freedom to swap holidays that matter most to you.
