"twitter:image": "https://socaislands.com/og-default.jpg" "twitter:title": "Affiliate Program Agreement" --- > Index of every page on this site: [llms.txt](https://socaislands.com/llms.txt) # Affiliate Program Agreement **SOCA ISLANDS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT** > **Version 2026.10.2** > **Effective from 22 October 2026** > **This agreement was updated on October 29 2026** This is a contract between you (the "Affiliate", which includes travel advisors, travel agencies, affiliates and content creators in our partner programme) and SOCA ISLANDS LLC ("Soca Islands", "we", "us"). By joining or taking part in our partner programme, you agree to these terms. You apply through our partner sign-up page at socaislands.com/partners/apply. **1. BOOKING TERMS** Every booking you make or refer is governed by our [Booking Terms and Conditions](https://socaislands.com/about/legal-stuff/customer-terms-conditions). The contract for each trip is between Soca Islands and the traveller. You must not promise terms, prices, refunds or inclusions that differ from ours. **2. CLIENT ACCEPTANCE** When you make a booking for a client, you must share our Booking Terms with them and get their written agreement before you finalise the booking. Each traveller will also be asked to accept the Booking Terms themselves before their place is confirmed or their first payment is taken. If you do not obtain your client's agreement, you are responsible to us for any loss that results. **3. HOW BOOKINGS ARE CREDITED** You can book for your client through the partner portal, or your client can book on our website using your referral link or code. Bookings recorded through the partner portal, your referral link or your code are credited to you. **4. COMMISSION RATES** Commission rates are the same for every partner of each type, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing: - **Travel advisors and travel agencies:** 10% on regular trips and 6% on Carnival trips. - **Affiliates and content creators:** 8% on regular trips, and on Carnival trips 5% or US$100 per traveller, whichever is greater. Commission is calculated on the shared-room trip price after any promotional codes and departure discounts. Single supplements, extra nights and other add-ons are not commissionable. We may change rates for future bookings with notice in your partner portal; a change never reduces commission on a booking already made. **5. WHEN COMMISSION IS EARNED AND PAID** Commission is earned once your client has paid for their trip in full. No commission is due on a booking cancelled before it is paid in full. If a client who has paid in full cancels 60 days or less before departure, you still receive your commission; if they cancel more than 60 days before departure, no commission is due. If the client moves to a new departure date, these rules apply to the new date. Once earned, commission becomes payable on the 1st of the month in which the client departs and is paid no later than the 28th of that month. **6. ELIGIBILITY** Keep a current postal address on your partner portal profile; commission is paid to that address and stays pending until one is on file. If a client who first travelled with us through you books another trip directly with us within 24 months of the end of that first trip, we will pay you commission on that booking at your current rate. A client you referred with a booking made before 29 October 2026 stays credited to you on their later direct bookings with no time limit, as this agreement promised then. Once a client has travelled with us through another partner, their later direct bookings are credited to that partner instead. **7. HONEST PROMOTION AND DISCLOSURE** - Clearly disclose your relationship with Soca Islands in every post, video, link and message that promotes us (for example "#ad" or "I earn commission if you book"), as required by the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and similar rules where you operate. - Never post fake reviews or testimonials, or offer anything in return for a positive review. - Describe our trips accurately, using the prices, dates and inclusions shown on our website. **8. USE OF OUR BRAND** You may use the Soca Islands name, logo and images we provide only to promote our trips, and only as provided. You must not present yourself as Soca Islands, register domains or social accounts using our name, or bid on "Soca Islands" or similar brand terms in paid search ads. **9. CLIENT INFORMATION** Use your clients' personal information only to make and support their bookings, keep it secure, and follow our [Privacy Policy](https://socaislands.com/about/legal-stuff/privacy-policy). Do not add clients to marketing lists without their consent. **10. CLIENT CONDUCT AND PREPARATION** Make sure your clients understand our [Customer Code of Conduct](https://socaislands.com/about/legal-stuff/customer-code-conduct) and our right to remove a traveller whose behaviour breaks it. Make sure your clients complete their pre-trip information between 30 and 15 days before departure. We may contact your clients directly after booking to prepare them for the trip. **11. AFFILIATE INCENTIVE** Partners who facilitate the sale of 30 Soca Islands trips in a calendar year (January to December), individually or across one travel agency, are eligible for a US$3,000 Soca Islands voucher, redeemable for any of our trips. **12. ENDING THE AGREEMENT** Either of us may end this agreement by giving 30 days' notice in writing, or immediately if the other breaks it seriously. Commission already earned on bookings made before the end date is still paid under section 5. Your partner account and referral links stay active while you are inactive unless the agreement is ended. **13. GENERAL** You are an independent business, not our employee or agent, and you have no authority to bind Soca Islands. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in New York.
