Gros Islet Friday Night Fish Fry
The popular Gros Islet Fish Fry, also known as the Jump Up, is one big neighborhood party. The narrow streets of Gros Islet fill up with by 7 p.m., and by then the food shacks are busy: Hungry patrons shout out their orders and wait impatiently as the seafood steams and fries.
The following events are included with our ultimate St. Lucia Carnival experience: Aura Cooler Party; J.O.B Boatride; Bacchanal Blocko; Silent Morning; Indulgence All-Inclusive Breakfast Party; Brazen Beach Cooler Party. This St. Lucia Carnival itinerary has been crafted by our team with one idea in mind: to inspire you. Every aspect can be customised to your specific needs, budget and your interests, from duration to accommodation and activities.
Day one: Arrival in St. Lucia
You arrive on the beautiful island of St. Lucia to begin your week of fun and no sleep. We pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation to get settled in.
Day two: Island tour
Today we take look at the sites that St. Lucia has to offer. First we visit Marrigot Bay, then we head to Soufriere to visit the famous volcano and take a dip in the mud baths.
Day two to five: Fete after fete after fete
We party… we gather the crew and party like it’s 1999. Here’s to team #nosleep. During this time we also go to Gros Islet for their weekly street party and fish-fry.
Day six: J’ouvert morning experience and Street Parade day one
Look how de sun now raising up. We head out early on Monday to party with mud oil and paint. After that we head back to our accommodations to change into our full costume – feathers, headpieces, backpacks, and more – and join the band of our choice on the road. Yes, they do it a little differently in St. Lucia.
Day seven: Street Parade day two
Today we put on our Tuesday-wear and continue the party through the streets of Castries.
Day eight: Depart St. Lucia
We hug, cry and say our goodbyes, while reflecting on the memories created during the past seven days. We drop you off safely to the airport so you can catch your return flight. The tabanka is real.

Soca Islands provides you with the most flexible payment plan making it super easy and affordable to book your St. Lucia Carnival experience.
The down payment is paid when you officially sign up for a Soca Islands experience to secure your spot. When you make this first payment, it shows us your serious commitment to the experience and gives us the confidence to start booking all of your arrangements on your behalf. After that a monthly payment of no less that $250 is required at the end of each month until the cost of the experience is paid off in full.
