About the Job

You’ll be responsible for the accuracy and financial reporting of costs, including direct cost of sales and allocated TI cost, operating expense including commission expense, other sales and marketing expenses and other operational expensing allocations. This is a paid internship that will require approximately a 20 hours / month commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
  • Working with Quickbooks.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

You will be paid 3% (up to $150 USD) commission for each confirmed sale (average online booking value is $2,200 USD). For example, if your referral leads to a group of five persons booking a reservation worth $2,200 for each member in the group, your commission is $330. In addition to leads you cultivate on your own, you will be provided a leads generated via our website and other online and offline spaces.

  • Promote and sell standard and customised Soca Islands’ travel experiences to both qualified and unqualified leads.
