When you’re not working, you will have the opportunity to seek out new natural, cultural and professional experiences.
You’ll start your journey in beautiful Barbados, the Gem of the Caribbean and the birthplace of rum. There is just so much to do – so many treasures to uncover – as you soak up the warmth and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful island. Land lubbers and sea farers alike can have their pick of surf and turf activities appropriate for all ages and stages of calm or daredevil delight.
Next, you will travel to the spice of the Caribbean and land of the Jab, Grenada. An island with unspoilt beauty offering a lifestyle so pure and authentic that you will feel instantly renewed. Famed for its aromatic spices and organic chocolate, the tri-island destination of Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique is located in the eastern Caribbean just south of Barbados.
Trinidad and Tobago
Finally, you’ll finish your journey in the twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago. One island brimming with endless possibility and the other containing unspoilt traditions, untouched natural beauty and undiscovered treasures… both merging to create the idyllic Caribbean escape where the wild and untamed beauty of nature is rivaled only by the genuine warmth and hospitality of their people.

A comfortable private room in a fully furnished shared apartment or townhouse. Our accommodations are located in safe neighborhoods with easy access to entertainment and other activities. There may be options to upgrade your accommodation after booking.
Access to a shared workspace with desks, reception and bookable conference facilities depending on the location.
Cultural, Professional and Community-service Activities
Attend weekly and weekend curated events and activities that give you an authentic vibe of each island.
Our Experience Ambassadors and ground team will be on-hand to provide fanatical support for any issues that may arise.
Transfers and Ground Transportation
We arrange airline travel in-between each island and ground transportation to and from scheduled activities.
Travel Insurance Assistance
We help you protect your experience with the appropriate travel and medical insurance.
Deposit Fee – $3,000 upon confirming your spot. We can offer you a payment plan for the deposit which must be paid in full 30 days before the Work+Travel experience begins.
Monthly Fee – $2,000 paid at the first day of each month during your Work+Travel experience.
The total trip cost covers for each island: accommodations, workspace, flights in between the islands and ground transportation, events and activities, a community, personal support, and more.
All bookings are changeable up until 30 days before the program start. New bookings can be rescheduled up to 1 year from the original program start date. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What if I have to cancel?
If travel and safety regulations change and we are no longer able to operate the program on the scheduled start date, we will offer a refund or the option to reschedule.
We understand that personal plans may change therefore you can rebook for another Soca Islands experience up to 12 months from your original start date of your booked experience.

When do I need to make the payments?
The full deposit, $3,000, is due 30 days prior to the start of your Work+Travel experience. During your Work+Travel experience, you pay $2,000 on the first day of each of the three months.
