About the Job

You’ll be responsible for the accuracy and financial reporting of costs, including direct cost of sales and allocated TI cost, operating expense including commission expense, other sales and marketing expenses and other operational expensing allocations. This is a paid internship that will require approximately a 20 hours / month commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
  • Working with Quickbooks.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • Review of contracts, accounting policies and memos and provide accounting guidance on spending classification, capitalization, and allocation issues to the business.

You will be paid 3% (up to $150 USD) commission for each confirmed sale (average online booking value is $2,200 USD).
