Receive access to a “No Worries Booking” travel policy for bookings on select experiences, for select departure dates. Bookings must be made between March 12, 2020 and August 31, 2020 at 23:59 AST for travel until August 31, 2021. Customers who have been issued a Suspension Travel Credit as a result of the suspension of a travel experience due to COVID-19 are entitled to use such Suspension Travel Credit for bookings under this No Worries Booking policy.

Passengers who make bookings under the No Worries Booking travel policy for an experience departing prior to January 31, 2021 will be permitted to cancel their confirmed  services, pre- or post tour accommodation services, extra services, or transfer services at any time prior to 14 days from the start date of the experience at no charge if they also rebook another experience and/or reschedule travel to a later date, which later date must be within two years of the initial departure date.

Passengers who make bookings under the ‘No Worries Booking’  travel policy for an experience departing between February 01, 2021 and August 31, 2021 will be permitted to cancel their confirmed services, pre- or post tour accommodation services, extra services, or transfer services at any time prior to 30 days from the start date of the experience at no charge if they also rebook another experience and/or reschedule travel to a later date, which later date must be within two years of the initial departure date.

The customer must rebook their deferred travel at the same time as their cancellation in order for the ‘No Worries Booking ‘ policy to be applicable. Regular terms and conditions apply to all cancellations or rebookings made within 14 days of departure for experiences departing prior to January 31, 2021 and within 30 days of departure for experiences departing between February 01, 2021 and August 31, 2021.

If the rebooked experience is priced higher than the original experience, the passenger will be responsible to pay the difference. If the rebooked tour is priced lower than the original tour, the passenger will receive a travel credit for the difference that will be kept on file with Soca Islands for two years from the date of rebooking. Passengers may apply whatever discounts or promotions are available at the time of rebooking.

Passengers may make an unlimited number of initial bookings under this ‘No Worries Booking’ policy. This policy does not entitle the passenger to a full refund. This policy does not apply to airfare or insurance. Any airline change or cancellation fees are solely the responsibility of the customer and are subject to airline policies. No refunds will be provided in respect to any visas, travel insurance, or vaccines, which are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Soca Islands reserves the right to withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice or liability. Soca Islands reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unauthorized, altered, ineligible, or fraudulent use of the policy. Soca Islands is not responsible for technical or system errors that may interfere with or otherwise prohibit the use of the promotion.
