You'll start below ground. A guide leads you through the Hato Caves, where lit paths wind past limestone formations and still pools, and long-nosed fruit bats roost overhead.
Next comes the north coast at Shete Boka National Park. The Atlantic pounds into narrow inlets here, including Boka Tabla, where you can watch waves surge into a cave.
Then swap spectator for swimmer at Playa Piskado. Fishermen clean their catch at this little beach, and green sea turtles come in close to feed.
The last stop is Playa Forti, on a clifftop above the sea, where an island-style lunch comes with a long view.
Why This Journey
In one day you see three very different faces of Curaçao: the caves beneath it, the wild Atlantic shore of the north, and the calm west-coast water where turtles feed close to shore. Swimming near wild turtles is the moment most people remember.
It's an easygoing day for nature lovers and families, with a Soca Islands Host along and the Hato Caves entry ticket covered.
