This day covers Grenada from the west-coast hills to the far north and back through the mountains, in an air-conditioned vehicle with a guide who knows the island's stories.
You'll swim at Concord Falls, walk through cocoa trees at Jouvay Chocolate to see how bars are made, and taste rum still produced the old way at River Antoine. Lunch is at a seaside restaurant on Sauteurs Bay, and the day ends at Grand Etang, the crater lake in the island's largest national park.
Former plantation estates and landmarks along the route give context to Grenada's past. Entrance fees and transfers to and from your pickup point are included, so there's nothing extra to pay or plan on the day.
Why This Journey
Grenada's nickname, the Spice Isle, makes more sense once you've driven through its nutmeg valleys, walked among its cocoa trees and tasted rum from a distillery still powered by a waterwheel. This day links those stories into one route around the island.
It suits first-time visitors who want a full picture of Grenada in a day, with a guide, a Soca Islands Host and the logistics taken care of.

Lunch at Sauteurs Bay
A seaside restaurant on the north coast serves Grenadian dishes with a view across the water.
River Antoine Rum Distillery
Still driven by a waterwheel and making rum much as it did in the 1700s, River Antoine is the Caribbean's oldest working water-powered distillery. Sample its famously strong rum.

The last stop climbs into Grenada's largest national park for about 15 minutes at the crater lake, ringed by rainforest and home to much of the island's wildlife.
