Rockland Estate sits on the slopes of Sentry Hill, and this half day uses the whole mountain as a playground.
You'll start with a slow ride up on the Sky Explorer chairlift, which gives you time to take in the view over both sides of the island before things speed up. From the top, the Flying Dutchman drops you back down the slope at serious speed.
Then you head back up and cross the ridge on the Sentry Hill Zipline, this time at a pace that lets you look around. The finale is the Schooner, an inner-tube ride that winds down the hillside.
Gear, admission and instruction from the park's team are all taken care of, so first-timers and seasoned thrill-seekers can both simply turn up and ride.
Why This Journey
Sentry Hill is the highest point on the island, and this experience lets you see it three ways: slowly from the chairlift, fast on the Flying Dutchman and at an easy glide on the Sentry Hill Zipline.
It's made for travelers who want a dose of adrenaline away from the beaches, and for groups where some people want the big drop and others prefer the gentler rides.
Good to Know
The experience lasts about 5 hours, starting and ending at Rockland Estate. Harnesses and safety equipment are fitted by the park staff, who also run the safety briefing.

You'll meet at Rockland Estate, the base of the Rainforest Adventures park, where the staff fit your harness and run through a safety briefing.
The Sky Explorer chairlift then carries you up to the summit of Sentry Hill. At 1,125 feet it's the island's highest point, and on a clear day you can see the coastline stretch out in every direction.
From the top, the Flying Dutchman takes over. Billed as the steepest zipline in the world, it sends you plunging down the mountainside while you sit securely strapped in.
Next you ride the Sentry Hill Zipline back across the ridge, a gentler glide with more time to enjoy the view.
To finish, you'll hop in an inner tube for the Schooner, twisting down the slope on a ride that's more laughs than nerves.
The session wraps up back at the estate after about five hours on the mountain.

Yes. If you arrive on Day 1 of your adventure or book pre-tour accommodation with us, your airport arrival transfer is included. If you choose alternative pre-tour accommodation or arrive by another mode of transport, you’ll need to arrange your own arrival transfer.
Our arrival transfers are private to Soca Islands and are organised in groups based on flight times. Sometimes this means a short wait at the airport until other flights arrive.
There are no scheduled activities on the final day, so feel free to book your departure at your own convenience.
We recommend arriving before 3 pm on Day 1 to make it in time for the welcome event. But don’t worry no matter when you land, we’ll have an airport transfer ready for you.
Please Refer to your government’s travel advice or consult your local consulate. Remember, passport and visa requirements can change, so make sure to stay updated.
Excluding alcohol, we suggest budgeting around USD $40.00 per day for extras.

Please keep in mind that our itinerary, activities, and hotels might change. These adjustments could happen with little notice due to factors like availability, weather conditions, seasonal shifts, or other circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we always aim to minimise any impact on your experience. Occasionally, we may tweak the itinerary to try out fresh ideas and keep the adventure exciting.
We believe solo travelers shouldn’t have to pay extra to explore the world. That’s why our group trips are designed around shared accommodation and do not include a single supplement. Solo travelers joining our group trips are paired in twin or multi-share rooms with another traveler of the same sex for the duration of the trip.
Some of our Independent trips are structured differently. For these itineraries, solo travelers will need to book at the single occupancy rate.
Tips are not included in the cost of this tour. Remember, tipping is entirely at your discretion and based on what you feel comfortable with.
